DEPUTY SHERIFF - TARRANT COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE / NORTH PATROL DIVISION
Ramon has previously served as TCLEA’s Political Action Committee chairman. He has worked at TCSO since 2000. He started his career in the Detention Division, and then moved to the 911 dispatch center. In 2006, Ramon was selected in the first cadet program through TCSO to attend the peace officer academy. He worked in patrol until 2009 and moved to LEEP until 2018. Ramon also served in the Fatality Crash Investigations unit and in 2019 he moved to the Criminal Investigation Division as a detective. In early 2025 he came back to Patrol and is currently assigned to the North Patrol Division.
SERGEANT - TARRANT COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE / NORTH PATROL DIVISON
Kyle is currently assigned to the North Patrol Station Adam Watch. In addition to Patrol he is the commander of the TCSO Hostage Negotiator Team which responds to critical incidents with SWAT and hnadles on-scene communications with distressed persons Prior to his current position Kyle served as a deputy in the patrol division.
SERGEANT - TARRANT COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE / SWAT TEAM
Ray began his career with the Tarrant County Sheriff's Office in 2005 in corrections. He currently serves as a sergeant over the TCSO SWAT team where he is responsible for managing SWAT incident operations, personnel training, TCOLE compliance and recruiting for the SWAT team. Prior to this he was a sergeant in patrol division assigned to the North Patrol station. Prior to patrol he served as a sergeant in the Warrants Division.

Kelly has been with TCSO since 2018. She started as a Deputy in Judicial, later moved to Patrol, spent time in the Criminal Investigation Division. In 2025, she promoted to Patrol Sergeant.

Katye began her career with the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office in 2009 in the Communications Division as a 911 Dispatcher. She later transitioned to the Criminal Investigations Division (CID), serving as an assistant to the Chief Deputy overseeing CID, Internal Affairs, the Crime Scene Unit, Warrants, and the Emissions Enforcement Task Force. From 2017 to 2024, Katye served as the Sheriff’s Executive Assistant, providing direct support to executive leadership and contributing to department-wide operations and organizational coordination. She served on the TCSO Awards Committee for 13 years, is a founding member of the Tarrant County Family Alliance, and holds professional memberships with Psi Chi: The International Honor Society in Psychology, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). Katye holds a Master Telecommunicator License, an Associate’s degree in General Studies, a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Psychology, and a Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She plans to pursue her PhD with a research emphasis on law enforcement organizations. She is a strong advocate for those who serve and firmly believes leadership sets the tone for culture, accountability, and organizational health. Her passion centers on strengthening policies and practices and centralizing resources to protect personnel, improve morale, and ensure long-term organizational effectiveness.
DEPUTY CONSTABLE - TARRANT COUNTY CONSTABLE'S OFFICE / PRECINCT #3
Adam is a Master Peace Officer with over two decades of service. He has served as a Patrol Officer, Patrol Sergeant, SWAT Officer, SWAT Sniper and a Field Training Officer. He has certifications for and served as a Background Investigator, Police Instructor, Highway Interdiction Officer, Firearms Instructor and holds a Civil Process Proficiency certification. Adam is currently serving as a Deputy Constable at Precinct 3 in Tarrant County. Before becoming a Peace Officer, Adam served his country in the United States Marine Corps serving for 8 years in Logistics.
SERGEANT - TARRANT COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE / NORTH PATROL DIVISION
Howard has been with the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) for 15 years and is a sergeant at the North Patrol Division, on the deep nights shift. Prior to TCSO he served 4 years with the Dallas Police Department. He has served as a field training officer, fatality crash investigator, instructor and has extensive experience in media relations management. He has a Master Peace Officer license and a Syracuse University BS degree in media relations management.
